Job Full Description
A manufacturing company in Georgetown, MA is looking for Assemblers and Insulators to join their growing team!
-The position requires the ability to install pre-cut wool insulation to a sheet metal structure by applying adhesives and utilizing hand tools. Eligible for the union after trial period.
Requirements:
- -Ability to work in a fast paced, large non-temperature controlled manufacturing environment.
- -Ability to lift 50 lbs. with the assistance of another employee and/or a cart or other vehicle.
- -Standing a minimum of 8 hours a day
- -Walking a minimum of 8 hours a day
- -Pulling/Pushing a minimum of 4 hours a day
- -Highly motivated individual with attention to detail
Required Experience:
- -Punctual
- -Able to work with minimum supervision
- -Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
- -Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- -Sense of urgency
- -Positive Attitude
- -Mechanical aptitude
This position is full time, 2nd shift, Monday-Friday. Pay starts at $20/hr.
