Parts Counter/Inside Sales Associate
- $18 - $20/Hour to Start, BOE
- Salem, NH
- First Shift, 8am – 5pm, with rotating Saturday’s

Duties:
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone by identifying and processing orders for industrial parts
- Provide knowledgeable and accurate support regarding the mechanics and function of industrial parts
- Utilize computer systems to look up parts, manage inventory, and process transactions
- Retrieve parts from the warehouse or stock area to fulfill customer orders
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with team members to maintain organized stock and ensure efficient service
- Apply hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment to better support customer needs (experience with large equipment is a strong plus)
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with industrial parts and a solid understanding of their mechanics
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Comfortable processing orders, answering product questions, and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and the ability to navigate inventory/order management software
- Physically able and willing to retrieve parts from stock or warehouse areas as needed
- Past hands-on experience with large industrial equipment is highly preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
