Duties:
- Fills delivery orders by obtaining the required merchandise and paperwork
- Loads and unloads assigned company truck for deliveries
- Operates company vehicle in a professional,safe, and courteous manner
- Ensures timely delivery in accordance with customer invoices
- Provides customer with receipt for merchandise to be returned
- Collect payment from customers
- Listens to and resolves complaints, informs manager of any issues
- Returns credit merchandise with appropriate paperwork
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Daily maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working order
- Maintains a neat and clean workplace at all times, including delivery vehicles
- Follows and complies with all shop safety rules
