Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the Account Management team by ensuring smooth daily operations, managing billing tasks, processing orders, and providing general project support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general project and account support to the assigned account team.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, as directed by the account team, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
- Process daily orders in the warehouse management system, including data entry and order tracking.
- Complete all regular tasks and paperwork associated with managing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Open new jobs and coordinate efforts across internal departments to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide billing support to the account team, ensuring accurate and timely invoices and payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, as well as independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in accounting, project coordination, or customer support is a plus, but not required.
