Types of Emails
After creating an Express Workforce account and applying online with Express Employment Professionals, if you opt to receive emails from us, you may receive the messages below. These emails can come from a variety of email addresses, but most are from the domain @ExpressPros.com.
Once your account is activated, you will receive an email containing your username and an introduction to the job application site. This will come from the address YourApplication@ExpressPros.com.
If you forget your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link on the account sign-in page to receive an email to reset your password. This email will come from the address Info@ExpressPros.com.
If you do not access your account for one calendar year, you will receive an email informing you that your account will be deleted in 48 hours unless you take action to activate it. This will come from the address YourApplication@ExpressPros.com.
After you submit your application to an office, that office may attempt to contact you via email.
