We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team, assist customers, and help drive business growth by ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Support marketing efforts such as promotions and trade events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the paper industry is a plus but not required.
  • A schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
