Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sheet metal to fabricate parts and assemblies for various projects, using tools such as shears, brakes, rollers, and welding equipment. Precision, safety, and quality workmanship are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions using manual and power tools.

Operate fabrication machinery such as press brakes, shears, and rollers.

Assemble components by welding, riveting, or using fasteners.

Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of fabricated parts.

Inspect and test completed products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools for metalworking.

Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and metal finishing techniques.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CNC machines or laser cutting equipment.

Familiarity with HVAC systems or architectural metal work.
