Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class B Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Class B commercial vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

Transport goods, equipment, or passengers to designated locations.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.

Follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations.

Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including mileage and delivery records.

Load and unload cargo as required.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class B license.

Clean driving record with no major violations.

Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience (preferred).

Ability to lift and carry heavy items (if required for the role).

Strong knowledge of local and state traffic laws.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Must pass a DOT drug test and background check.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with box trucks

Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning.

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
