Job Full Description

1. Shipping and Receiving:

   • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and manifests.
   • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
   • Update tracking information and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.

     Inventory Management:

     • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
     • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
     • Assist in the organization and storage of inventory in warehouses or storage areas

       Data Entry and Documentation:

       Communication and Coordination:

       • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
       • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping and logistics.
       • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply chain operatio
       • Input shipping and inventory data into management systems.
       • Maintain and organize files related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
       • Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other logistics metrics.
