Job Full Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or live chats promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or product inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Documentation: Record and track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer management system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure that all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction and follow up when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
