• Phone Calls (Freight routing/communication, Transportation booking)

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and general office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
