Job Full Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift & move furniture w/ assistance-must be STRONG with no physical ailments like bad back, etc.
• 
  Must have experience with furniture delivery
• Handy with simple hand tools and power tools
  
  Must have reliable transportation
• Able to follow direction and instructions to do the job safely and properly
• 
  Good verbal communications skills. Fluent English
• 
  Good customer service skills for direct interaction with customers and suppliers
  
  Able to work outdoors for short periods in all weather
• 
  Mature, responsible, punctual & neat appearance. Non-smoker preferred
• Phone use restricted to lunch break

RESPONSIBILITIES (are varied and change daily):

• 
  Building and property maintenance including sweeping,  vacuuming, taking trash to dumpster, cleaning and maintaining warehouse, shop, showroom  & delivery truck.
• 
  Light furniture assembly & repair
• Loading & unloading trucks
• Furniture delivery into customer’s homes & placement on showroom floor & in warehouse
• Assist driver with navigation, etc.
