Forklift Operator

Location: Franklin, NJ

Pay rate: $18.00/hr.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 5:30AM-2:00PM

• Rubber mill operator will be responsible for operating open roll mills.
• Use the open roll mills to manufacture a variety of rubber compounds for production.
• Ensure that all equipment is safe to use by following proper safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
• Maintain traceability in all facets of the job including managing stock.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, to fumes, or to airborne particles.

• Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow and execute instructions properly.
• Physically capable of working while standing for most of the workday.
• Physically capable of lifting or carrying 51-75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and Background Check. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
