Job Full Description
Plywood distributor is looking for a Customer Serivce/Inside Sales Rep to join their growing team! Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience in a building materials company or construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Will be engaging with customers and selling our products through email, phone, and occasionally in person.
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring the timely delivery of products.
- Take sales orders, preparing accurate price quotes and proposals for customers,
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Previous experience in building materials or construction industry
- Good computer skills
Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm
