Job Full Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a knack for sales, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Duties
- Conduct outbound and warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize NetSuite to track interactions, manage leads, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and set appointments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment generation to sales closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, etc.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and appointment setting best practices.
- Ability to make 75-125 calls per day
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
