Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, utilizing custom software and Excel
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed in proprietary database and Excel
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records - and analyse this data in Excel
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Advanced Excel data management skills
- Demonstrated longevity and loyalty in previous positions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Upselling or cross-selling experience is desirable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
