Our client, a growing service business, is looking for an articulate problem solver and dedicated customer service professional to join and lead their team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and customer service to our client's various departments, and training others to do same according to company standards. Your duties will include maintaining records, creating reports, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and customer support. Tremendous room for growth for the right individual!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, ensuring excellent service throughout the day
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, to manage databases and support departmental needs
- Create and distribute insightful reports regularly for management
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for our staff
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on behalf of our organization
- Efficiently organize and maintain files and records to uphold confidentiality and data accuracy
- Assist in coordinating special events and projects to contribute to our organizational goals
- Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with multitasking and task prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer challenges
- Spanish speaking a plus
