Job Full Description
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Salary:
$20.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience.
