Job Full Description
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and social selling.
Understand customer needs and challenges to present relevant solutions and product offerings.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Negotiate deals, overcome objections, and close sales.
Build strong relationships with customers and foster long-term partnerships.
Follow up with leads promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer experiences.
Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and quota attainment.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Minimum [1-2 years] of experience in inside sales or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Salary:
$22.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience.
