Job Full Description
Our client, an established and growing consumer goods company, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative / CSR Lead to join their team. If you have at least 3 years of experience in customer service field, excellent computer skills, and passion to help others - don't wait to look into this opportunity! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to their clients, while growing personally, professionally, and financially. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in sales, account management or customer service (3 years minimum)
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Typing speed 40 WPM+, Intermediate Excel
