Job Full Description

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Jersey City. This position is supporting CEO and CFO of a major non profit organization. Managing calendar appointments, memos, and financial reports. Accounting and bookkeeping experience needed to prepare reports, and invoices.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor''s degree preferred or related experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior level executives.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Hours:

 

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm plus some weekend appearances and events.
