Job Full Description
We are looking for Furniture Delivery Drivers & Installers for an immediate hire opportunity in Branchburg, NJ! If you are looking to continue your career as a Driver, and installer for a well established commercial furniture company, this is the role for you!
Schedule:
- 7:30am - 3:30pm (Schedule may vary. LOTS of overtime!)

Responsibilities:
- Installation of commercial interior products as per the installation drawings
- Make necessary repairs, removals & modifications to furniture and office equipment as requested by client
- Loading/Unloading furniture and equipment from truck(s)
- Making deliveries of commercial furnishings and equipment
- Follow instructions of lead installer at job site
- Compete punch list
- Keep track of daily timesheets
- Maintain service vehicles
- Keep Lead Installer / Project Manager informed of job progress and outcome
- Maintain integrity of all moving equipment
- Responsible for knowing and adhering of all safety protocols
- Must attend monthly safety meeting
- Must be able to physically lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have DOT license when hired, to drive commercial vehicles
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License, DOT medical certification, and ability to operate commercial vehicles
- Previous Warehouse experience
- Installation of furniture (office furniture a PLUS)
- Ability to lift minimum of 60lbs
- Prior moving company/furniture company experience
- Good customer service, and professional attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
