Our client is currently looking for an INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT. This position will report directly to the Sales Manager. The first 6 months will be training directly with the Sales Manager in all aspects of inside and outside sales. Unlimited income potential and growth opportunity for the right candidate. Duties will include the following:
• Learn products and sell products in the tri-state area
• Telemarketing calls to existing clients and prospects
• Follow up on sales leads
• Create proposals
• Other sales duties as directed
• Excellent verbal, written, computer and math skills required
• Ability to read blueprints and use a measuring tape
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• College degree
• Construction sales or a sales background is a huge plus for this job
This is a direct hire position which includes salary plus commission and year-end bonus. The commission structure will be on a scale based off of Gross Margin of business generated.
