Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic partnerships.

                     Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve new business and grow current verticals.

                     Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

                     Expand Client Base: Seeking a skilled hunter to acquire new clients, penetrate vertical markets and rigorously assess new business opportunities.

                     Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.

                     Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

                     Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and team performance.

                     Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team, including forecasts and strategic insights.

                     Leverage Market Insights: Use industry trends and competitor insights to inform decision-making and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.

 

Qualifications:

                     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

                     10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

                     Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

                     Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

                     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
