Located in Bellmawr, NJ

Pay: $25-$30

Key Responsibilities:

Perform moderate fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling materials according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine fabrication methods and materials required.
Operate various machinery, such as welding machines, plasma cutters, bending machines, and CNC machines, with precision.
Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot fabrication issues, including equipment malfunctions and material defects.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fabrication processes and increase productivity.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and identifying potential hazards.

Required Skills and Abilities:

At least three years of fabrication experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience with SMAW, MIG welding
Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
