Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate in bound and out bound shipments and assist with day to day operations
• Coordinate between facility, transportation and carriers
• Communicate with drivers and shipping team
• Work with Shipping Supervisor, Inventory Supervisor and Transportation, Carriers and Sales on status of in bound and out bound
• Assign and review orders
• Communicate with FL drivers, assign orders for inbound and outbound
• Verify out bounds are properly packed
• Complete shipping documentation
• Verify accuracy of incoming shipments
• Receive rejections, coordinate 3PL shipping and receiving, answer shipping phone lines, assist drivers

Qualifications: 

• lift or move 25-50 lbs
• schedule flexibility, ability to work saturday
• microsoft office
• bilingual
• forklift experience
• knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Inventory Systems
