o Pay Rate: $25.00
o Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
o Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' bathroom remodeling needs, preferences, and budgets.
Present and demonstrate our products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Accurately measure and assess project scope and provide detailed cost estimates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and document sales activities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
o Skills & Experience Required: Few years of Outside Sales experience or similar. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
