Kevin Roden

Light Industrial & Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Born in New Lebanon, NY and raised in East Greenbush, I enlisted in the United States Army at the young age of 17 and served 5 years with two overseas deployments. My unique position during my time in the Army, at the National Security Agency, allowed me to recruit and train members of the Armed Forces, as well as their civilian counterparts, to deploy to countries around the world with different Special Operations Forces. My experience enabled me to ensure the best match when placing these members in their prospective positions.

After my enrollment with the Army, I moved back to the Albany area and worked in shipping & receiving for 4 years. I came to Express looking for employment and was assigned as a screen printer for a local company where I spent the next 2 years. Looking for a change, I returned to Express and began working on their internal team as an Employment Specialist. As a former Express employee, I understand and believe in their mission of helping people find employment and matching companies with the most suitable candidates. 

In early 2020 I was blessed with a beautiful baby boy and married my girlfriend of 6 years. In December of 2023, my family expanded to 4 as we welcomed our lovely baby girl. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family.

Fiona Butler

Office Assistant

Fiona was born and raised in Westchester County until her family made the move to the Albany area. She started working at the age of 16 in the thoroughbred horse racing industry before working in food service and catering.

After switching fast-paced industries, she joined our team as the Front Office Coordinator in 2021 and now is the Office Assistant. Fiona earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology with a minor in Psychology at the University at Albany. In her free time, she loves doing anything outside, from hiking with her dogs to kayaking with friends and family.

Lakeya Dominguez

Office Services Employment Specialist

Massachusetts born and raised, but wanderlust took hold and Lakeya lived in four other states. Now she planted her roots in Upstate NY and is keeping things exciting with my two-year-old son, Elijah, who’s a little adventurer himself! Balancing being a kick-butt mom and a passionate recruiter is her calling.

With a career spanning over seven years, Lakeya has honed her skills in the recruiting world, working both in-house and with staffing agencies. She has successfully placed candidates in a variety of roles and industries, always striving to help people find their dream opportunities. Her work is incredibly rewarding. Currently, at Express Employment Professionals, Lakeya is excited to continue growing her career and connecting exceptional individuals with outstanding opportunities.

When Lakeya is not busy finding great career opportunities for her associates, you might find her engaging in a kickboxing class, unleashing her creativity with design projects (thanks, Cricut!), or just learning something new to stay sharp. Her life is not just about work and personal growth. It's about balance and cherishing quality time with her fantastic hubby Thomas and her little explorer, Elijah.

Lauren Witt

Front Office Coordinator

Meet Lauren, a seasoned professional with a military upbringing. Lauren has had the privilege of traveling extensively and gained a diverse range of experiences.

Over the past 11 years, she has cultivated a wide variety of skills ranging from retail and jewelry sales to security services and wireless sales management.

Lauren’s primary objective is to attain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in various fields while making a significant impact on our community. Lauren recently moved to New York from West Virginia with her fiancé.

Sarah Galusha

Business Development Specialist

Sarah Galusha joined Express Employment Professionals in 2019. With 15 years experience in the legal field she quickly moved into a leadership role, helping to expand Express Employment Professionals of Albany to Express Employment Professionals of the entire Capital Region. Being a native of Saratoga Springs, nothing brings her more joy than creating a positive impact on the Capital Region community.

Heading into her 6th year with Express Employment Professionals, Sarah realized her passion lies in building long lasting relationships within her community, connecting companies with the talent needed to run a thriving business, and aiding in the growth of businesses to levels they may not have even imagined they could grow to.

Sarah’s passion for Express Employment Professionals and her dedication to her community had led her to our Business Development team. Her knowledge about the industry, along with her passion to make a difference, and help her community thrive makes her a leading expert on the Express Employment team.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking, and playing softball. She has a degree in psychology and education and has a passion for helping children succeed. She also finds fulfillment in helping those in recovery; to help them find their way, to live a fulfilling, happy life they can be proud of.

Tianna Joseph

Recruiter

Though born and raised on Long Island, New York, Tianna has roots in the Albany area, being a frequent visitor as a child to see her family. She graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Rockland County with Bachelor of Science in English with a minor in Public Relations. After working in administration, food service, fitness and more, Tianna has found that her work ethic soars at the opportunity of helping people. After being interviewed by an employment specialist, Express Employment Professionals decided that they needed her on their team.
 
Tianna is excited and grateful to be apart of a supportive team that focuses on growth and helps change people’s lives. When she’s not putting people to work, Tianna enjoys kayaking, dancing, hiking and traveling.
