Kevin Roden

Light Industrial & Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Born in New Lebanon, NY and raised in East Greenbush, I enlisted in the United States Army at the young age of 17 and served 5 years with two overseas deployments. My unique position during my time in the Army, at the National Security Agency, allowed me to recruit and train members of the Armed Forces, as well as their civilian counterparts, to deploy to countries around the world with different Special Operations Forces. My experience enabled me to ensure the best match when placing these members in their prospective positions.

After my enrollment with the Army, I moved back to the Albany area and worked in shipping & receiving for 4 years. I came to Express looking for employment and was assigned as a screen printer for a local company where I spent the next 2 years. Looking for a change, I returned to Express and began working on their internal team as an Employment Specialist. As a former Express employee, I understand and believe in their mission of helping people find employment and matching companies with the most suitable candidates.

In early 2020 I was blessed with a beautiful baby boy and married my girlfriend of 6 years. In December of 2023, my family expanded to 4 as we welcomed our lovely baby girl. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family.

A native of New York’s Capital Region, Roxanne Lewis has spent more than a decade helping organizations solve one of their biggest challenges: finding, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent. With over 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technology and professional services, she’s built a reputation as a Purple Squirrel Slayer, known for filling even the toughest roles with precision, and genuine care.

Although Roxanne has succeeded in placements for a wide range of professional roles, her specialty lies in technical recruiting -sourcing highly niche software and engineering professionals for global innovators like Meta’s Reality Labs, where she was recognized for top performance on a specialized recruiting project within her first six months of hire.

Throughout her career, Roxanne has earned multiple awards and recognition from employers, but her proudest moments come from helping clients make critical hires that drive growth and increase their bottom line. Outside of recruiting, Roxanne enjoys game nights with her three children and works a second full-time job as chauffeur, coach, and number-one fan to her daughter, one of the WNBA’s brightest future stars.

Rebecca Biddle

Office Services Employment Specialist

Rebecca Biddle is an Employment Specialist and Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals, where she combines her passion for people with her background in leadership and community engagement to help individuals find meaningful work. Her career path has taken her from public relations to retail management and large-scale warehouse operations—experiences that taught her the value of strong teams, thoughtful hiring, and service that truly makes an impact.

A firm believer in giving back, Rebecca has long been involved in community and nonprofit initiatives, from volunteer work and fundraising to outreach programs focused on empowerment and connection. That same drive to serve others guides her approach to staffing today—matching people with opportunities where they can grow, contribute, and feel valued.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys creative projects such as multi-media management, exploring in the Adirondacks, festival hopping across a variety of music genres, and finding ways to impact her community through organizations like the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the American Cancer Society.

Lauren Witt

Front Office Coordinator

Meet Lauren, a seasoned professional with a military upbringing. Lauren has had the privilege of traveling extensively and gained a diverse range of experiences.

Over the past 11 years, she has cultivated a wide variety of skills ranging from retail and jewelry sales to security services and wireless sales management.

Lauren’s primary objective is to attain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in various fields while making a significant impact on our community. Lauren recently moved to New York from West Virginia with her fiancé.

Front Office Coordinator

As the Front Office Coordinator, Ashlynn is often the first friendly face (or voice!) people encounter when connecting with our agency. She loves helping job seekers take the next steps in their careers and supporting clients by finding dependable talented people to grow their teams. Ashlynn is passionate about making meaningful connections and keeping the office running smoothly to ensure we are able to support every person who comes through our doors.

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Ashlynn takes pride in being a part of her local community. She also brings a unique background in Aviation Science. While her career path has taken a different direction, the precision and attention to detail she developed through her studies continues to serve her well in the staffing world.

This is Ashlynn’s first step in her professional career and she’s driven by one clear goal: to make a positive difference in someone’s life people's lives. She approaches each day with kindness, patience and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Outside of work, Ashlynn is a proud dog mom to three pups and loves spending time with a good book. She has a deep love for the Adirondacks – especially time spent by the lake.
