Job Full Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Performance Manager to join a dynamic client in Endicott, NY. This full-time position is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in customer-facing roles, and a background in environmental services consulting or a similar field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting customer performance through financial analysis, reporting, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role involves working closely with the procurement team, analyzing KPIs, RFPs, and ensuring the accuracy of PNL statements.

 

Salary: Around $25/hr

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

 

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

 

Skills:

  • Strong experience in financial analysis, including understanding and interpreting PNL statements.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in RFP preparation and procurement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance systems and KPI tracking.
