Job Title: Car Wash Maintenance Technician (Local, Traveling)
Location: Bath, Hornell, Painted Post, Corning, and Horseheads Areas
Pay: Starting at $20/hr (Depending on Experience) + Overtime
Schedule: Full-time, with required travel between locations and potential overtime
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Car Wash Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple car wash locations in the Bath, Hornell, Painted Post, Corning, and Horseheads areas. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong technical skills and the ability to travel between various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on car wash equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ensure proper operation of car wash facilities, maintaining high-quality service
- Coordinate with management to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime
- Travel to multiple locations as needed (Bath, Hornell, Painted Post, Corning, Horseheads)
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Be available for overtime work as required (must agree to overtime availability)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related technical field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to travel between locations in the specified service areas
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation:
- Starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime required and paid at applicable rates
