Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving customer sales and marketing efforts. This role offers exciting opportunities to coordinate creative projects and engage with various customer types. The ideal candidate will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new ones. They will work closely with the management team to ensure customer projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers and ISP partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities, including responding to RFPs, and manage customer renewals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to communicate network maintenance and emergency repair notifications to customers.
- Assist the operations team in responding to customer design and engineering proposals.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM with customer contacts and sales opportunities.
- Create marketing materials and customer outreach campaigns to support residential services.
- Generate periodic sales and marketing reports for the board of directors.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers, coordinating project meetings and relaying critical information and project status to customers and the management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
