We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative (ENTRY Level) to join our growing team in Farmingdale. This is an inside-outside sales/marketing position in which you are networking with local companies within a defined geographic territory and interfacing with your team of staffing specialists daily.
Ideal Candidate for a position such as this would be very comfortable interacting with his peers in the sales/marketing field, as well as a CEO/Executive of a company. The Successful rep is organized, follows a daily/weekly plan, and demonstrates the desire and drive to become a top performing sales professional. This is a base salary, plus commission position.
Job Highlights:
- Effectively meet with the decision maker to assess needs and secure accounts
- Make 100 sales calls a week
- Document actions and goals into CRM system
- Develop a quarterly sales/marketing plan, identifying potential clients and business opportunities
- Research accounts and establish meetings, coordinated presentations when needed
- Introduce Express though discovery, planned, appointments, and telephone calls
- Develop unique value-added sales opportunities
- Network with Local Businesses
- Business to Business (B2B) sales (NO residential calls)
- Develop leads
- Contact local companies to set appointments
- Conduct service reviews and safety tours
- Develop marketing/sales proposals and respond to RFPs
- Basic data entry
- Generate New Business
- Prepare and execute a sales/marketing program.
What we look for:
Own transportation
- Must be a people person and like to talk on the phone
- Computer savy is a must
- Territory sales or trade show familiarity is a plus
- Ability to carry marketing materials up and down stairs.
