Job Full Description
The Customer Support Representative will act as a liaison between customers and our sales reps. This position will also assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, keeping the accounts up to date, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email & phone.
- Manage customer order entries
- Manage and update client accounts
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Outbound Sales and Promo calls
- Update client databases
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support other departments
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- English and Spanish (bilingual)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience using MS office software ( SAP a plus)
- Experience using database management systems
- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/ complaints.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to multi-task
