Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling meetings with clients and managing appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files
- Handling client correspondence via phone, text, email, and postal mail
- Processing payments, arranging payment plans, and addressing any billing inquiries
- Issuing motor vehicle ID cards and certificates of insurance
- Ensuring clients’ insurance audits are completed
- Making basic policy changes, including updating mortgagees, adding/removing vehicles, and adjusting insured values
- (If licensed) Answering client coverage questions and running insurance quotes as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Pleasant and professional demeanor, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently without needing micromanagement
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable, with consistent attendance
- Professional business casual attire
- Reliable transportation
- (Preferred) Insurance license and ability to handle coverage questions and quotes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance
- Familiarity with insurance industry processes
