Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Ithaca and Cortland is currently hiring a full-time Employment Specialist/Inside Sales team member for a role in our Ithaca office. The Employment Specialist/Inside Sales position will work directly with our clients, our candidates, and our internal team to place individuals in temporary, temporary to full time, and direct hire positions. The Employment Specialist/Inside Sales Representative will source candidates using a variety of methods, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and build relationships with clients. This position is fast-paced and highly rewarding.
Ideal candidates for this role have strong computer skills, ability to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a human resources capacity is helpful but not required. You will work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and have some availability on weekends to answer emails or texts.
