Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee landscaping crews in completing residential and commercial landscaping projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
- Train and supervise crew members, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures.
- Install and maintain plants, sod, mulch, and hardscaping elements such as patios and walkways.
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure project expectations are met.
- Monitor inventory and order materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman or crew leader required.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with hardscaping, irrigation systems, and plant care is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.
