Express Employment is working with a local Manufacturing company looking to add a skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist to their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support or customer service within a sales-driven environment. This role requires occasional travel (3-5 times per year) to conventions and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to three sales representatives.
- Website and Online Platform Management:
- Manage internal websites, including but not limited to:
- Order fulfillment.
- Inventory control and restocking.
- Marketing email campaigns.
- Routine website maintenance.
- Other Duties:
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in:
- QuickBooks: Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or Desktop is required.
- Microsoft 365 Suite:
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- SharePoint
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales processes or experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and grow; in-house training will be provided.
