Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Forklift Operators for a client on the west side of Rochester!
In this role you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently load, unload, and move products within the facility. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials throughout the distribution center.
- Load and unload shipments with precision and care.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are accounted for.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other machinery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
This is a DAY shift position, with OT available (MUST be willing to work Saturday as needed)
