Recruiting Specialist – Skilled Trades Focus

At Express Employment Professionals, we’re looking for a proactive recruiter who can source, interview, place, and onboard skilled trades candidates while building strong relationships with clients and prospective clients. What You’ll Do:
- Source & recruit skilled trades candidates for immediate and future job openings
- Conduct in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit
- Onboard & place candidates – Match them with the right client and ensure a seamless start
- Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and promote top candidates
- Sell candidates and our services – You are the connection between talent and opportunity
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – From sourcing to placement, you own the process
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-Starter with a Take-Charge Attitude – You don’t wait to be told what to do
- Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service Experience – Skilled trades hiring experience is a plus!
- Ability to Thrive Under Pressure – You love a challenge and meet deadlines with ease
- Strong Multitasking & Organizational Skills – You can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
- Tech-Savvy– Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word (50+ WPM), Boolean searches, site sourcing
- Professional, Outgoing, and Engaging Personality – People trust and connect with you easily
- Sales Mindset – You understand the value of what we offer and can confidently promote it
