Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is working with one of Syracuse's oldest food manufacturers. Our partnership is seeking quality associates interested in food production. This is a long term, full time, permanent position. Hours are 4AM - 12PM(approx) Monday - Friday. Overtime is often available especially during peak season. Pay starts at $16.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Portion raw or cooked meat products quickly, accurately and efficiently using a scale.
- Places cooked or raw product in the specified container.
- Prepare packing, labeling and palletizing of packaged products.
- Must follow all rules and regulations set by the company.
- Work and function in a team environment effectively.
- Make boxes for production, and break down for recycling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work in cold room temperatures ranging from 32 - 60 degrees.
- Perform repetitive motion, twisting, turning, bending, and reaching.
- Stand for long periods throughout the day.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Wear appropriate P.P.E.’s as required by the U.S.D.A.
- Work in a team environment.
