Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL B Delivery Driver/Shredding Technician to provide secure and efficient on-site document destruction services. This role involves driving a commercial vehicle, collecting confidential materials, operating shredding equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service. Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM. $22.00 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Drive: Safely operate a CDL B truck on delivery routes.
- Collect: Pick up confidential documents from customer locations.
- Shred: Operate on-board shredding equipment to destroy documents.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service.
- Security: Maintain document confidentiality and follow security procedures.
- Records: Keep accurate records of shredding activity.
- Maintain: Perform vehicle inspections and keep the truck clean.
- Physical Work: Load and unload bins of paper.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL B driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Air brake endorsement.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy bins and containers.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
