Job Summary:
Concessions Stand Workers are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to the guests. Prepare and serve food and beverages, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. It is essential to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve: Quickly and accurately prepare and serve a variety of concession items, including hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, nachos, and beverages.
- Customer Service: Take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments accurately, ensuring correct change and receipts.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the concession stand clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift, adhering to food safety standards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
