Job Full Description

Technology company in Westmoreland is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. This position will manage and answer customer phone calls and emails, with a focus on entering service calls and submitting sales orders. They will be expected to assist the customer and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner while showing empathy and understanding. The Customer Care Representative will also act as a back-up for side tasks or duties that the administrative team may need help with.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Take supply orders from customers.
  • Prepare supply quotes for customers.
  • Take service calls from customers.
  • Track shipments, research and solve issues with customer orders.
  • Trouble shoot with customer over the phone on service call issues
  • Assist Administration Team with side tasks/duties

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient in using Computers for Data Entry and Management
  • Familiarity with Phone Systems
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Multi-tasking Skills
