Job Full Description
Express is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local company in, Asheboro. The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating computer systems, demonstrate intermediate knowledge in QuickBooks along with excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word to include the ability to learn the software CRM in which they will support. Duties include interacting with customers via tickets in the support center and over the phone. Assisting customers, trouble shooting and gaining access to products they've purchased. Onboard customers to help them begin using software they've purchased, Track open tickets, follow-up as needed and work to resolve any issues on behalf of the customer. Candidate must be detailed oriented, accurate and dependable. Pay is $35,000- $40,000 depending on experience. Potential to earn bonuses. 5 ways to apply!!
