Job Description: Maintenance Technician
Location: Arden, NC
Pay: $23-$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

In This Role, You Will:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and physical structures
- Operate equipment such as lathes, grinders, drill presses, and milling machines to repair or fabricate parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production and facility equipment for maximum efficiency
- Complete work orders and maintain an organized maintenance area
- Use maintenance systems to fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the facility’s Safety and Quality programs (SQF Systems)
- Work collaboratively with your team and provide ongoing support
- Apply plumbing, low-pressure boiler, and electrical/PLC knowledge to maintain the facility
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Flexible and available to work any shift as needed
- Experience with DC, AC circuits, motor control, and measuring techniques
- Background in plumbing, low-pressure boilers, PLCs, and mechanical systems is a plus
