Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with one on-call night per week and one on-call weekend per month.
Pay Rate: $16 - $20/hr DOE

Position Overview:
Our client in Asheville, NC, is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and other communications promptly and professionally.
Manage filing systems, both electronically and on paper.
Perform accurate data entry tasks.
Organize and maintain common office areas to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
Complete general office clerk duties and run errands as needed.
Assist with client reception, creating a welcoming environment.
Requirements:

Warm personality and strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Availability for on-call responsibilities, including one evening per week and one weekend per month (remote work during weekends).
Valid driver’s license.
Clean background and drug test.
