A stellar family owned and operating manufacturing facility here in our Adren area is looking for an Office Manager. The Office Manager for our manufacturing facility will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of administrative and financial functions. This position oversees day-to-day office activities, ensures accuracy and compliance in timecard approvals, invoice processing, purchasing, and handles accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks. The ideal candidate we're looking for has a self-starter attitude with critical thinking problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and process employee timecards accurately and on time.
• Review, verify, and approve invoices for payment.
• Manage purchasing activities, including vendor communications and order tracking.
• Oversee AR/AP processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Support the leadership team with administrative tasks and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of AR/AP and payroll processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
