Job Title: Printing Press Trainee
Location: Brevard, NC
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM, 3-day weekends off
Pay Rate: $18/hr to start (earn as you learn, with a cap at $32/hr)

We are seeking 4 motivated individuals to join our team as Printing Press Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, earn competitive pay, and be a part of a leading manufacturing operation in Brevard.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist machine lead operators with setting up and operating printing presses.
- Perform changeovers, machine cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Input job settings into computer workstations.
- Use measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, and gauges to ensure precision.
- Record production data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Complete other tasks as needed to support the production team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: GED or higher required.
- Skills:
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
- Other Requirements:
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
