Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Helper to join our manufacturing team in producing high-quality commercial-grade HVAC units. The Electrical Helper will assist electricians and technicians in assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components to ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in wiring and connecting electrical components for HVAC units, including control panels, motors, and sensors.
  • Perform basic electrical assembly tasks, such as mounting junction boxes, cutting and stripping wires, and crimping connectors.
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to complete electrical installations accurately.
  • Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing under supervision.
  • Organize and manage tools, materials, and parts for efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues during the assembly process.
  • Report any defects or issues to the supervisor to ensure quality control.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and wiring (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in manufacturing, electrical work, or HVAC assembly is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems or manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting and basic diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and best practices.
