Looking for a spring/summer job that starts Monday!?
A local, family owned Asheville company is in need of 1 team member to help with customer support and administrative needs in Arden, NC. You're working in a mulch and landscaping yard greeting both company representatives and individual customers as they come to pick up their orders of rocks, gravel, mulch ect.
This is a seasonal position.
Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:45am to 5:15pm.
Pay: $19/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Answering phone calls for billing and customer service on multi-lines.
Scheduling deliveries.
Communicating with other company location.
Accepting Credit Card payments.
Input customer information into computer system including the routing, customer information, and all services. Schedule/Dispatch starts, stops and changes to the customers.
Inputting of additional customer orders, work items, including container exchanges from call in’s.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Professional phone etiquette and strong customer services skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and office software (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.).
Previous dispatch and routing experience a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to multi task.
Strong attention to detail a must.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
If you have forklift skills/experience, you help load materials, and pay will be increased.
Please note, you work in a climate controlled guard shack like building. You'll also talk with customers in the supplies yard. Portable restroom facilities are on site.
